Abstract:With the development of society and the aging of the population, mandibular dentition loss has gradually become a common clinical problem. The disease will cause harm to the patient's masticatory function, oral aesthetics, and mental health, thereby reducing the patient's quality of life. Implant-fixed monolithic restoration is an emerging treatment method, which can provide patients with efficient repair and good biocompatibility. It is an important research direction of contemporary prosthodontics. This paper mainly discusses the basic principle, clinical application, effect evaluation, challenges and future development direction of implant-fixed integrated restoration technology for mandibular dentition loss, in order to provide scientific and systematic guidance for clinicians and further improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.
