    摘要:

    随着美观需求的增加,牙齿变色逐渐成为了人们关注的焦点问题。牙齿变色根据具体的原因不 同可以划分为内源性着色与外源性着色两种,前者主要是由于牙齿内部的因素而导致,例如牙髓坏死、四 环素牙以及氟斑牙等,而后者往往是由于食物、吸烟、口腔的代谢产物长时间作用刺激而导致的变色。传 统的牙齿美白技术方式普遍存在效果较差、对牙齿存在损伤的问题。近些年伴随着口腔美白技术的发展, 冷光美白技术的出现为牙齿美白提供了全新的选择,冷光美白技术具备治疗效果突出、操作方便以及安全 性较高等技术优势。对此,本次研究重点探讨冷光美白技术治疗变色牙齿的原理、疗效、安全性及美白后 的再矿化处理等研究进展,以期能够为变色牙齿的临床治疗提供参考。

    Abstract:

    With the increase of aesthetic needs, tooth discoloration has gradually become the focus of attention. Tooth discoloration can be divided into endogenous coloring and exogenous coloring according to different specific reasons. The former is mainly caused by internal factors of teeth, such as pulp necrosis, tetracycline teeth and dental fluorosis, while the latter is often caused by food, smoking, and long-term stimulation of oral metabolites. The traditional tooth whitening technology has the problems of poor effect and damage to teeth. In recent years, with the development of oral whitening technology, the emergence of cold light whitening technology provides a new choice for tooth whitening. Cold light whitening technology has the technical advantages of outstanding therapeutic effect, convenient operation and high safety. In this regard, this study focuses on the research progress of the principle, efficacy, safety and remineralization treatment of cold light whitening technology in the treatment of discolored teeth, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of discolored teeth.
