    目的 探究青少年口腔正畸护理采用图文结合式健康教育的影响。方法 选取2023年2月-2024年2月 于我院接受治疗的86例青少年口腔正畸患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组43例。对照组 实施常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施图文结合式健康教育,比较两组口腔健康情况、遵医行为、口腔知 识掌握情况、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 研究组菌斑指数、牙龈指数均低于对照组(P <0.05); 研究组遵医行为各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组遵医刷牙、遵医饮食及遵医日常护理评分均高 于对照组(P <0.05);研究组并发症发生率为2.33%,低于对照组的13.95%(P <0.05);研究组护理满意 度为100%,高于对照组的88.37%(P <0.05)。结论 在青少年口腔正畸患者的临床护理中应用图文结合式 健康教育,能够改善其口腔健康,提高遵医行为,丰富口腔健康知识,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意 度,值得临床应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of graphic combined health education on orthodontic nursing in adolescents. Methods A total of 86 adolescent orthodontic patients who were treated in our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given graphic combined health education on this basis. The oral health status, compliance behavior, oral knowledge, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The plaque index and gingival index of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of compliance behavior in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of brushing teeth, diet and daily nursing in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.33%, which was lower than 13.95% in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100%, which was higher than 88.37% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of graphic combined health education in the clinical nursing of adolescent orthodontic patients can improve their oral health, improve compliance behavior, enrich oral health knowledge, reduce the incidence of complicaions, and improve patient satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
