Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of transparent pressure diaphragm with the bonding bracket technique in lingual orthodontic fixed orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 80 patients with lingual orthodontic fixation admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was directly bonded to the active wing brackets under direct vision, and the observation group was indirectly bonded to the lingual active wing brackets by using the transparent pressure diaphragm method. The oral function, gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors and immune indexes, tooth bleeding index and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of masticatory ability, convenience, fixation ability and language ability after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The bleeding index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 15, 30, 60 and 90 days after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of PCE2, TNF-α, sICAM-1 and IL-1β in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%, which was lower than 25.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Transparent pressure diaphragm with the bonding bracket technique has a good effect in orthodontic fixed orthodontic treatment. Its bonding is accurate, and it can improve oral function, effectively control inflammatory factors and immune indicators, and reduce the incidence of complications.
