Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of effect of non-prepared tooth nano composite resin veneer in patients with aesthetic defects of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 80 patients with aesthetic defects of anterior teeth admitted to Qinhuangdao Haigang Hospital and Qinhuangdao First Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with all-ceramic crown repair, and the observation group was treated with non-prepared tooth nano composite resin veneer repair. The periodontal indexes, aesthetic satisfaction, repair effect and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SBI, GI and PLI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The success rate of repair of large interdental space, incisal defect and abnormal small teeth in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of non-prepared tooth nano composite resin veneer in patients with aesthetic defects of anterior teeth is effective, which can improve the periodontal status, improve the aesthetic satisfaction and repair success rate, and reduce the occurrence of complications. It is worthy of clinical application.
