Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing in plastic surgery debridement and suture. Methods A total of 60 patients with emergency facial trauma surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. All patients were treated with plastic surgery debridement and suture. The reference group was treated with routine nursing, and the experimental group was treated with targeted nursing. The disability acceptance, coping style, wound healing, quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The disability acceptance score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P <0.05). The positive coping style score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group, and the negative coping style score was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The wound healing time and granulation growth time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the reference group, and the wound healing rate was higher than that of the reference group (P <0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.67%, which was lower than 26.67% in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing in emergency facial plastic debridement and suture is effective, which can speed up the time of wound healing, improve patients' acceptance of disability, and improve their coping style. Meanwhile, it has positive significance for improving patients' quality of life, and is conducive to reducing the risk of complications. It is worth y of clinical application.
