Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in oral outpatients. Methods A total of 80 patients who visited the outpatient department of Tai 'an Stomatological Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comfortable nursing. The psychological status, comfort, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The PA score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, and the NA score was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of physiology, psychology, social culture and environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total compliance rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 82.50% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of comfortable nursing intervention on oral outpatients is better. It has a positive effect on patients' emotional change, comfort improvement, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
