Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of integrated rehabilitation nursing on patients with double lower limb burn and skin grafting and its effect on improving the pain. Methods From March 2022 to March 2024, 60 patients with double lower limb who underwent burn skin grafting admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with integrated rehabilitation nursing. The pain and scar hyperplasia, inflammatory factor levels, quality of life and wound healing were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS and VSS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). After nursing, the levels of CRP, WBC and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The granulation growth time and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the proportion of epithelial coverage of lower limb wounds was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The integrated rehabilitation intervention for patients with burns and skin grafting of both lower limbs has a relieving effect on their pain perception. Meanwhile, it can improve scar hyperplasia, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, optimize personal quality of life, and promote wound healing.
