    目的 探讨以皮疹线索为主要教学模式在皮肤科转岗培训全科医生中的教学效果。方法 选取 2019年9月-2023年9月永州市中心医院零陵院区皮肤科转岗培训全科医生90名参与本次教学研究,根据 随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组45名。对照组实施以疾病为线索的传统临床教学模式, 研究组在传统教学基础上采用以皮疹线索为主要教学模式,比较两组出科成绩、全科医生对本次培训 的评价及教学效果的满意度。结果 研究组理论知识、基础技能、专业技能和综合素质成绩高于对照组 (P <0.05);研究组可以明确学习目标、可以激发学习兴趣、可以提高发现问题的能力、增强了实践能 力的评分高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组全科医生对教学效果总满意度为97.78%,高于对照组的84.44% (P <0.05)。结论 皮肤科教学中运用皮疹线索展开对全科医生的转岗培训,既有利于激发其学习兴趣, 又有利于提高其理论知识、基础技能等综合能力,是一种价值较高的可行教学方法。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the teaching effect of rash clue as the main teaching mode in the transfer training of general practitioners in dermatology department. Methods From September 2019 to September 2023, 90 general practitioners who participated in the transfer training of dermatology in Lingling Hospital of Yongzhou Central Hospital were selected to participate in this teaching research. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 45 general practitioners in each group. The control group implemented the traditional clinical teaching mode with disease as the clue, and the study group adopted the rash clue as the main teaching mode on the basis of traditional teaching. The scores of the two groups, the evaluation of the training by general practitioners and the satisfaction of the teaching effect were compared. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge, basic skills, professional skills and comprehensive quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of the study group on the ability to clarify learning objectives, stimulate learning interest, improve the ability to find problems, and enhance practical ability were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The total satisfaction of general practitioners in the study group was 97.78%, which was higher than 84.44% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of rash clues in the training of general practitioners in dermatology teaching is not only conducive to stimulating their interest in learning, but also conducive to improving their comprehensive ability of theoretical knowledge and basic skills. It is a feasible teaching method with high value.
