Objective To explore the effect of traditional and minimally invasive all-ceramic restorations in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth defects. Methods A total of 70 patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth admitted to our hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group (n =35, 70 affected teeth) and observation group (n =35, 72 affected teeth). The control group was treated with traditional all-ceramic restoration technology, and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive all-ceramic restoration. The repair effect, repair index and aesthetic repair satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The repair effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The molar displacement in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group, and the inclination angle difference of the upper central incisor and the convex distance difference of the upper central incisor were larger than those in the control group (P <0.05). The aesthetic repair satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than 77.14% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive all-ceramic restoration is effective in the repair of anterior teeth defects, which can effectively improve the restoration effect of anterior teeth defects, tooth appearance and aesthetic repair satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
