Objective To analyze the application effect of 595 nm pulsed dye laser (PDL) combined with triamcinolone acetonide for closure therapy in patients with keloid scar patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with keloid scar admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide for closure therapy and the observation group was treated with 595 nm PDL dynamic treatment+triamcinolone acetonide for closure therapy. The scar condition, scar length, thickness and width, clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The VSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the length, thickness and width of scar in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 82.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive treatment effect of 595 nm pulsed dye laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide for closure therapy is good, which can improve the length, thickness and width of keloid, and promote the recovery of skin color.
