Objective To study the efficacy of fractional laser technology in the treatment of depressed acne scars. Methods A total of 70 patients with depressed acne scar admitted to Tianjin Baodi District Peoples Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with carbon dioxide laser, and the study group was treated with fractional laser technology. The clinical efficacy, gray difference, pigmentation area, scar area and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group (85.71%) was higher than that of the control group (57.14%) (P <0.05). After treatment, the gray difference value of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the pigmentation area and scar area of the study group were smaller than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group (8.57%) was lower than that in the control group (42.85%) (P <0.05). Conclusion Fractional laser technology in the treatment of depressed acne scar has good clinical effect, less adverse reactions and high aesthetics, which is worthy of clinical application.目的 研究在凹陷型痤疮瘢痕治疗中应用点阵激光技术的疗效。方法 选择天津市宝坻区人民医院 2021年10月-2022年10月收治的70例凹陷型痤疮瘢痕患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，各35例。对照组应 用二氧化碳激光治疗，研究组应用点阵激光技术治疗，比较两组临床疗效、灰度差值、色素沉着面积和瘢 痕面积、不良反应情况。结果 研究组总有效率（85.71%）高于对照组（57.14%）（P ＜0.05）；研究组治 疗后灰度差值低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；研究组治疗后色素沉着面积和瘢痕面积小于对照组（P ＜0.05）； 研究组不良反应发生率（8.57%）低于对照组（42.86%）（P＜0.05）。结论 点阵激光技术治疗凹陷型痤疮 瘢痕的临床效果良好，不良反应少，美观性高，值得临床应用。
