Objective To analyze the effect of collagen dressing combined with glycolic acid after laser treatment in patients with acne scars. Methods From June 2022 to April 2023, 60 patients with acne scars admitted to ShuyangMinghe Hospital were randomly divided into reference group and analysis group, with 30 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with CO2 fractional laser. The reference group was intervened with collagen dressing after laser treatment, and the analysis group was intervened with collagen dressing combined with glycolic acid after laser treatment. The wound repair indexes, delayed working time, adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of softness, vascular distribution, color and thickness in the analysis group were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The delayed working time of the analysis group was (7.84±2.58)d, which was shorter than (10.51±3.45)d of the reference group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the analysis group was 6.67%, which was lower than 26.67% in the reference group (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the analysis group was 96.67%, which was higher than 76.67% of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of collagen dressing combined with glycolic acid in patients with acne scar after laser treatment is effective. It can not only improve the quality of wound repair, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is conducive to improving patient satisfaction and shortening the delayed working time. It is worthy of clinical application.
