Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing intervention on patients with facial freckles treated by photonrejuvenation technique. Methods From January to December 2023, 100 patients with facial freckles treated by photonrejuvenation technique in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the experimental group was treated with humanized nursing. The freckle area, pigmentation degree, skin reaction, nursing quality, negative emotion and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of freckle area and pigmentation degree in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group 7 days after nursing (P <0.05). The scores of swelling and pain in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of communication and interaction quality, professional skill level, care and support in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with facial freckles, humanized nursing intervention during the treatment of photorejuvenation technology can help improve the facial freckles of patients, reduce redness and swelling, pain, relieve negative emotions, improve the quality of nursing, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.
