Oral restoration is a common way in the treatment of dental defects, which can restore the normal dental function of patients, and will not have a greater impact on the appearance. However, dental restoration porcelain crowns will directly affect aesthetics, periodontal health and stability. Various types of metal and alloy materials, ceramic materials, carbon materials, polymer materials, composite materials, etc.have been developed. However, different porcelain crown materials have different effects, which need to be considered in combination with the actual situation of patients. This article reviews the application of different materials of porcelain crowns in oral restoration.
