Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of low energy laser combined with nano microneedle in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia. Methods A total of 300 patients with androgenetic alopecia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 150 patients in each group. The control group was treated with minoxidil tincture, and the experimental group was treated with low energy laser combined with nano microneedle. The clinical efficacy, hair mirror data, adverse reactions, satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 86.67%, which was higher than 60.00% in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the hair density and hair diameter in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the scalp grease was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 8.67%, which was lower than 16.67% in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 93.33%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The DLQI score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Low energy laser combined with nano microneedle is effective in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia, which can improve the hair condition, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
