    目的 分析低能量激光联合纳米微针治疗雄激素性脱发的效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2024年1月 我院收治的300例雄激素性脱发患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和试验组,各150例。对 照组给予米诺地尔酊治疗,试验组给予低能量激光联合纳米微针治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、毛发镜数 据、不良反应发生情况、满意度及生活质量。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的60.00% (P <0.05);试验组治疗后毛发密度、毛发直径高于对照组,头皮油脂度低于对照组(P <0.05);试验 组不良反应发生率为8.67%,低于对照组的16.67%(P <0.05);试验组满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的 80.00%(P <0.05);试验组治疗后DLQI评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 低能量激光联合纳米微针治 疗雄激素性脱发的效果确切,可改善毛发情况,提高患者生活质量,值得临床应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To analyze the effect of low energy laser combined with nano microneedle in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia. Methods A total of 300 patients with androgenetic alopecia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 150 patients in each group. The control group was treated with minoxidil tincture, and the experimental group was treated with low energy laser combined with nano microneedle. The clinical efficacy, hair mirror data, adverse reactions, satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 86.67%, which was higher than 60.00% in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the hair density and hair diameter in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the scalp grease was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 8.67%, which was lower than 16.67% in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 93.33%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The DLQI score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Low energy laser combined with nano microneedle is effective in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia, which can improve the hair condition, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
