Objective To explore the effect of PPDO line combined with fat filling in the treatment of nasolabial groove aging. Methods A total of 52 patients with nasolabial groove aging admitted to the plastic surgery department of our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 26 patien in each group. The control group was treated with fat filling, and the observation group was treated with PPDO line combined with fat filling. The nasolabial groove severity, clinical efficacy, quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the severity of nasolabial groove in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.15%, which was higher than 76.92% in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 84.62% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion PPDO line combined with fat filling in the treatment of nasolabial groove aging has a good effect, which can effectively reduce the severity of nasolabial groove, and is conducive to improving the quality of life and satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
