Objective To observe the effect of 670 nm laser combined with 2% minoxidil tincture in the treatment of female pattern hair loss. Methods A total of 80 patients with female pattern hair loss admitted to Yuebei People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with 2% minoxidil tincture, and the observation group was treated with 2% minoxidil tincture combined with 670 nm laser. The clinical indicators, clinical symptom improvement rate, hair indicators and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The onset time of treatment in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the growth rate of new occurrence was faster than that in the control group (P <0.05). The improvement rate of each clinical symptoms in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The proportion of each index of hair mirror in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion 670 nm laser combined with 2% minoxidil tincture can improve the therapeutic effect of female pattern hair loss, improve the symptoms of female pattern hair loss and promote hair growth, which is worthy of clinical application.
