Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application effect of minimally invasive veneer in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth defects. Methods From January 2020 to January 2021, 66 patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth defects admitted to Qinhuangdao Port Hospital, Qinhuangdao First Hospital and Qinhuangdao Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the repair method, they were divided into observation group (33 patients) and control group (33 patients). The observation group received minimally invasive porcelain veneer repair, and the control group received traditional zirconia all-ceramic crown repair. The repair effect, tension degree and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of edge adaptability, restoration damage and secondary caries repair in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 84.85% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth defects, minimally invasive veneer can not only effectively improve the repair effect, but also reduce the tension of patients and improve patient satisfaction.
