Abstract:Objective To study the effect of diversified rehabilitation nursing in patients with extensive burns and its influence on wound healing and psychological state. Methods A total of 90 patients with extensive burns admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given diversified rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. The wound healing, psychological state, stigma, coping style and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of SIS in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of TCSQ in the two groups after intervention were better than those before intervention, and those in the study group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with extensive burns, diversified rehabilitation nursing can promote wound healing, improve psychological state and coping style, alleviate stigma, and reduce the incidence of complications.
