Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on quantitative evaluation strategy and WeChat health education on postoperative complications in patients undergoing plastic liposuction. Methods A total of 72 patients who underwent plastic liposuction in Dongguan Sixth People's Hospital from January 2020 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into routine group (37 patients) and study group (35 patients). The routine group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given nursing intervention based on quantitative evaluation strategy and WeChat health education. The postoperative pain degree, pain duration, nursing satisfaction, psychological state and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the routine group, and the duration of pain was shorter than that of the routine group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%, which was higher than 82.50% of the routine group (P <0.05).The SAS and SDS scores in both groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the study group were lower than those in the routine group (P <0.05). The incidence of intraoperative pain, bleeding and skin ecchymosis in the study group was lower than that in the routine group (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention based on quantitative evaluation strategy and WeChat health education for patients undergoing plastic liposuction can reduce postoperative pain, effectively improve the psychological state of patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
