Objective To explore the effect of three-dimensional integrated continuity management based on WeChat platform on the recovery effect after hair transplantation. Methods A total of 64 patients with androgenetic alopecia admitted to the Department of Burn Plastic and Dermatology of our hospital from January to August 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 32 patients in each group. All patients underwent hair transplantation. The control group was treated with traditional postoperative management, and the observation group was treated with three-dimensional integrated continuous management based on WeChat platform. The compliance behavior, life satisfaction, anxiety level, surgical effect satisfaction and hair transplantation survival rate were compared between the two groups. Results The score of compliance behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 6 months after operation (P <0.05). The life satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 6 months after operation (P <0.05). The SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 6 months after operation (P <0.05). The satisfaction score of surgical effect in the observation group was (7.88±1.36)scores at 6 months after operation, which was higher than (6.00±1.41)scores in the control group (P <0.05). The survival rate of hair transplantation in the observation group was (88.19±5.80)%, which was higher than (79.56±8.41)% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The three-dimensional integrated continuous management based on WeChat platform can improve the compliance behavior of patients during the recovery period after hair transplantation, improve life satisfaction, improve anxiety, improve the satisfaction of surgical results, and improve the survival rate of hair transplantation. It is worthy of clinical application.
