Objective To analyze the application effect of refined nursing in cosmetic patients in surgical outpatient department. Methods From February 2020 to February 2022, 100 cosmetic outpatients in Hunan Provincial People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing strategies, with 50 outpatients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given refined nursing intervention. The comfort, psychological state, nursing satisfaction, self-efficacy score and psychological resilience of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of GCQ, ESGS, CD-RISC and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For cosmetic patients in surgical outpatient department, refined nursing can improve patients' comfort, reduce negative emotions, improve self-efficacy and psychological resilience, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.
