Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of humanized nursing intervention in the treatment of dental fluorosis patients with tooth whitening. Methods From June 2022 to June 2023, 90 patients with dental fluorosis who received whitening treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given humanized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The psychological status (SAS score, SDS score), nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 93.33%, which was higher than 77.78% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was 2.22%, which was lower than 13.33% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with dental fluorosis treated with tooth whitening, improve their psychological status, reduce the incidence of complications, and has high application value.
