Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the cosmetic effect in children's cosmetic suture surgery. Methods A total of 60 children who underwent cosmetic suture surgery in our hospital from May 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into routine group and experimental group by random number table method, with 30 children in each group. All children underwent cosmetic suture surgery. The routine group was treated with routine nursing measures, and the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing service mode. The wound healing effect, wound healing time, scar condition, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of wound healing in the experimental group was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% in the routine group (P<0.05). The wound healing time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the routine group (P<0.05). The VSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the routine group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.67%, which was lower than 10.00% in the routine group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.00%, which was higher than 76.67% of the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion For children who underwent cosmetic suture surgery, comprehensive nursing measures can improve the overall cosmetic effect, promote wound healing, and effectively prevent scar legacy, which is conducive to reducing the risk of complications and improving nursing satisfaction.
