Abstract:Dentition loss is a common oral disease, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Therefore, oral repair is very important. At present, there are traditional repair methods for patients with dentition loss in clinical practice, including fixed denture repair, removable denture repair, and dental implant repair. However, traditional repair has complications such as alveolar ridge deformity and tooth dislocation, and the maintenance process is cumbersome, which affects the overall aesthetics of the teeth. Dental implant repair can use materials with better compatibility with human body for targeted treatment to further improve the periodontal status and function of patients. Based on this, this article reviews the different repair methods of dentition loss.
