Abstract:Objective To analyze the application of oral multidisciplinary joint restoration in implant restoration of anterior teeth defect and its influence on oral function and aesthetic effect. Methods From March 2020 to March 2021, 86 patients with anterior teeth defect who received implant restoration in the implant restoration department of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with fixed denture repair after routine tooth preparation, and the intervention group was treated with oral multidisciplinary joint restoration. The oral function recovery, cosmetic effect and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The language clarity, WES and PES scores in the intervention group at 6 months after repair were higher than those in the control group, and the tooth mobility score was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the intervention group (2.33%) was lower than that in the control group (13.95%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of oral multidisciplinary joint restoration in implant restoration of anterior teeth defect can improve the oral function of patients, with good cosmetic effect. Meanwhile, it can reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
