Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of type A botulinum toxin combined with hyaluronic acid injection in lower facial contour remodeling. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent lower facial contour remodeling in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with hyaluronic acid injection, and the experimental group was treated with type A botulinum toxin combined with hyaluronic acid injection. The facial contour parameters, skin status, aesthetic satisfaction, complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the length and width of the lower face in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of dark spots and oil in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of moisture and elasticity were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.50%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 2.50%, which was lower than 22.50% in the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life scores of each dimension in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Type A botulinum toxin combined with hyaluronic acid injection is effective in lower facial contour remodeling, which can improve the facial contour of patients, improve their skin condition, improve aesthetic satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
