Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of type A botulinum toxin microdrop injection on contour remodeling in face and neck liposuction. Methods From April 2019 to October 2021, 180 patients with contour remodeling in Xi'an Yimei'er Medical Cosmetology Hospital were included as the research objects. According to the principle of random envelope drawing, they were divided into control group (90 patients) and study group (90 patients). The control group was treated with face and neck liposuction, and the study group was treated with type A botulinum toxin microdrop injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, postoperative incision healing time, ecchymosis regression time, complication and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment at 6 months after operation in the study group was 98.89%, which was higher than 92.22% in the control group (P <0.05). The postoperative incision healing time and ecchymosis regression time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications at 6 months after operation in the study group was 3.33%, which was lower than 15.56% in the control group (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the study group was 98.89% at 6 months after operation, which was higher than 87.78% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Type A botulinum toxin microdrop injection has a good remodeling effect in facial and neck liposuction, which can shorten the postoperative incision healing time and ecchymosis regression time, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the treatment satisfaction of patients.
