Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rupatadine fumarate combined with LED red and yellow light in the treatment of facial allergic dermatitis. Methods A total of 60 patients with facial allergic dermatitis admitted to Nanjing Qinhuai District Fuzimiao Community Health Service Center from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with LED red and yellow light, and the observation group was treated with rupatadine fumarate combined with LED red and yellow light. The therapeutic effect, skin symptoms, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of color, fever, itching and scales in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life scores of each dimension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Rupatadine fumarate combined with LED red and yellow light is effective in the treatment of facial allergic dermatitis, which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and has high treatment safety.
