    目的 探究半导体激光与Beyond冷光在四环素牙齿美白中的临床疗效。方法 选取2 0 21年 11月-2024年1月遂宁市中心医院口腔医学中心收治的78例四环素牙患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表 法分为对照组和试验组,各39例。对照组行半导体激光漂白治疗,试验组行Beyond冷光美白治疗,比 较两组临床疗效、牙齿美白维持效果满意度、牙周指标、不良反应发生情况。结果 两组治疗后即刻 总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);两组治疗6个月后总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义 (P >0.05);试验组治疗1、3个月后的牙齿美白维持效果满意度优于对照组(P <0.05);试验组治疗后 PLI、GI、SBI低于对照组(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Beyond冷光较半导体激光在四环素牙齿美白中的效果更佳,其可提高患者牙齿美白维持效果满意度,且治 疗后其牙周水平更优,治疗安全性好,值得临床应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of semiconductor laser and Beyond cold light in tetracycline tooth whitening. Methods A total of 78 patients with tetracycline teeth admitted to the Stomatological Center of Suining Central Hospital from November 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 39 patients in each group. The control group was treated with semiconductor laser bleaching, and the experimental group was treated with Beyond cold light whitening. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, satisfaction with tooth whitening maintenance, and periodontal indicators were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups immediately after treatment (P >0.05). There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups after 6 months of treatment (P>0.05). The satisfaction of tooth whitening maintenance effect in the experimental group was better than that in the control group after 1 month and 3 months of treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, PLI, GI and SBI in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Beyond cold light is more effective than semiconductor laser in tetracycline tooth whitening, which can improve the satisfaction of patients with tooth whitening maintenance effect, and the periodontal level is better after treatment, and the treatment safety is good, which is worthy of clinical application.
