Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of targeted nursing in cesarean section with cosmetic suture technique and its effect on postpartum scar. Methods A total of 78 parturients undergoing elective cesarean section in Dongming County People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 39 parturients in each group. Both groups were given cosmetic suture technology. On this basis, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given targeted nursing. The incidence of postoperative incision-related complications, incision scar and incision healing quality were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative incision-related complications in the observation group was 5.13%, which was lower than 23.08% in the control group (P <0.05). The grade A healing rate of incision in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the grade B healing rate was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the grade C healing rate between the two groups (P >0.05). The incision VSS scar score of the observation group at 1 and 3 months after operation was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 89.74% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For parturients undergoing cesarean section with cosmetic suture technology, targeted nursing can effectively prevent postpartum scars, improve the quality of incision healing, and reduce the incidence of complications.
