Abstract:Objective To analyze the nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway on patients with asymmetric double eyelid plastic repair. Methods A total of 100 patients with asymmetric double eyelid plastic repair admitted to our hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the experimental group was treated with clinical nursing pathway. The levels of inflammatory factors, functional recovery, nursing quality, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the levels of interleukin-6, interleukin-8 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of naturalness of eyelid closure, naturalness of eyelid opening and coordination of eye movement in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group at 14 days after operation (P<0.05). The scores of nursing staff's attitude, nursing technology level and nursing response speed in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.00%, which was higher than 84.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and the incidence of complications in patients with asymmetric double eyelid plastic repair, and improve their quality of functional recovery and nursing level, which is worthy of clinical application.
