Abstract:Objective To explore the application of rehabilitation nursing mode under the theory of behavior change in patients with scar plastic surgery after facial burns and its influence on negative emotions and nursing satisfaction. Methods A total of 60 patients with scar plastic surgery after facial burn admitted to Subei People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing based on behavior change theory on the basis of the control group. The coping style, quality of life, acceptance of disability, psychological state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the positive coping score of MCMQ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the negative coping score of MCMQ was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of each dimension of BSHS-B in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The ADS-R score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (96.67%) was higher than (76.67%) of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention based on behavioral change theory can change coping style, improve quality of life, with higher disability acceptance, better psychological state and higher satisfaction in patients with scar plastic sur gery after facial burns.
