Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing communication mode combined with psychological intervention in plastic and repair of patients with facial soft tissue injury. Methods A total of 80 patients with facial soft tissue injury admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was given psychological intervention combined with individualized nursing communication mode on the basis of the reference group. The negative emotions, quality of life, facial improvement, post-traumatic growth status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group (P <0.05). The SF-36 score of the experimental group after nursing was higher than that of the reference group (P <0.05). The score of facial improvement after nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P <0.05). The scores of each dimension of post-traumatic growth in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.50%, which was higher than 82.50% of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with facial soft tissue injury, psychological intervention and individualized nursing communication mode in plastic and repair can effectively alleviate negative emotions, improve patients' facial conditions and quality of life, promote posttraumatic growth, and improve nursing satisfaction.
