Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with psoriasis and its influence on negative emotion, stigma and knowledge-attitude-practice. Methods A total of 60 patients with psoriasis who were treated in Zhuhai Fifth People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention. The negative emotions, stigma, knowledge-attitude-practice level, quality of life improvement of the two groups were compared, and the patient's satisfaction with nursing was counted. Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of each dimension of FSQ scale in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, but those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of knowledge-attitude-practice (self-management ability, compliance behavior, confidence in disease treatment, mastery of health knowledge) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of each dimension of SF-36 scale in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with psoriasis, reduce the stigma, improve the level of knowledge-attitude-practice and quality of life, and patients' satisfaction is high.
