    目的 探究数字化牙颌模型在口腔正畸模型实践教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年5月-2024年 5月于广西医科大学口腔医学院/广西医科大学附属口腔医院学习的30名住培生为研究对象,采用随机数 字表法分为对照组和观察组,各15名。对照组采用常规石膏模型教学,观察组采用数字化牙颌模型教 学,比较两组实践报告完成时间、实践成绩、教学情况、模型测量值。结果 观察组实践报告完成时间为 (20.60±3.10)min,短于对照组的(26.22±3.84)min,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组基础知识 成绩、病例分析成绩及总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学习兴趣、创新思维 和能力、学习效果、对教学方法的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组牙列 拥挤度、Bolton指数、下颌Spee曲线深度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 数字化牙颌 模型应用于口腔正畸模型实践教学中的效果良好,能提高教学质量,增加学生的积极性,提高正畸模型测 量的准确性,为口腔正畸模型实践教学提供新的教学方向。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the application effect of digital dental model in the practical teaching of orthodontic model. Methods From May 2023 to May 2024, 30 resident trainees who study in the School of Stomatology of Guangxi Medical University/Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 15 trainees in each group. The control group used conventional plaster model teaching, and the observation group used digital dental model teaching. The completion time, practical results, teaching situation and model measurement values of the two groups were compared. Results The completion time of practice report in the observation group was (20.60±3.10)min, which was shorter than (26.22±3.84)min in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of basic knowledge, case analysis and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of learning interest, innovative thinking and ability, learning effect and satisfaction with teaching methods in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The degree of dental crowding, Bolton index and the depth of mandibular Spee curve in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of digital dental model in the practical teachi ng of orthodontic model has a good effect,which can improve the teaching quality, increase the enthusiasm of students, improve the accuracy of orthodontic model measurement, and provide a new teaching direction for the pract ical teaching of orthodontic model.
