Objective To explore the application value of radiofrequency cosmetic repair technology in the repair of abdominal striae gravidarum. Methods A total of 60 patients with striae gravidarum admitted to our hospital from June to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional regimen, and the observation group was treated with radiofrequency cosmetic repair technique. The changes of striae gravidarum, clinical efficacy, pain degree and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of striae gravidarum area, striae gravidarum color, roughness and depth in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The rate of severe pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 63.33% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Radiofrequency cosmetic repair technology is effective in repairing abdominal striae gravidarum, which can effectively reduce the area of striae gravidarum, improve the color, roughness and depth of striae gravidarum, and improve the treatment satisfaction and comfort of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
