Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of combined treatment of adipose stem cell glue filling and type A botulinum toxin multi-point injection on the rejuvenation of periorbital skin. Methods The clinical data of 73 patients with moderate to severe periorbital depression admitted to Huzhou Shuguang Wiziman Aesthetic Clinic from October 2021 to July 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into control group (36 patients) and experimental group (37 patients) according to different facial rejuvenation treatment schemes. The control group was treated with single adipose stem cell gel (SVF-Gel) periorbital filling, and the experimental group was treated with SVF-Gel periorbital filling combined with type A botulinum toxin multi-point injection. The therapeutic effect and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The skin color enhancement, the improvement of wrinkles in the outer canthus area and the improvement of lacrimal groove deformity in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction scores of the experimental group at 3 and 6 months after treatment were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion SVF-Gel periorbital filling combined with multi-point injection of type A botulinum toxin can effectively improve the facial aging performance of patients with periorbital depression, with higher patient satisfaction.
