Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical value of refined nursing in patients with maxillofacial trauma treated by cosmetic suture combined with laser. Methods From April 2023 to April 2024, 60 patients with maxillofacial trauma who received cosmetic suture combined with laser treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was given refined nursing intervention. The levels of inflammatory factors, serum epidermal growth factor and stress indicators, scar condition, pain degree and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, IL-6, IL-1 and TNF-α in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The level of serum epidermal growth factor in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P <0.05). After nursing, NE and COR in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). After nursing, the VSS and POSAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group (P <0.05). The VAS score of the experimental group after nursing was lower than that of the reference group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.67%, which was higher than 73.33% of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Refined nursing for patients with maxillofacial trauma treated by cosmetic suture combined with laser is beneficial to improve the scar condition, relieve pain and stress response, improve the level of inflammatory factors, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
