Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of cloud follow-up platform in the continuous nursing of patients with hand soft tissue defect repaired by skin grafting. Methods A total of 92 patients with hand soft tissue defect repaired by skin grafting in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 46 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention after operation, and the observation group received routine nursing + cloud follow-up platform continuous nursing. The repair effect, psychological state, knowledge, attitude and practice level, self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The repair effects of sensory function and hand motor function in the observation group were better than those in the control group 3 months after discharge (P <0.05). The scores of HAMA scale and HAMD scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 3 days, 1 and a half months and 3 months after discharge (P<0.05). The level of KAP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 3 months after discharge (P<0.05). The self-care ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 3 months after discharge (P<0.05). The scores of each dimension of SF-36 scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 3 months after discharge (P<0.05). Conclusion The cloud follow-up platform can improve the excellent and good rate of patients with hand soft tissue repair, regulate their psychological state, and improve the level of knowledge, belief and practice, self-care ability and quality of life of patients with hand soft tissue defect repaired by skin grafting.
