Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of feedforward control nursing intervention in patients with hand burn scar and its effect on the recovery of upper limb function. Methods A total of 80 patients with hand burn scar admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given feedforward control nursing intervention. The recovery of upper limb function, scar condition, quality of life, nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of difficulty in writing, difficulty in carrying shopping bags, difficulty in bathing and drying the body in the experimental group after nursing were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of pigmentation, thickness and softness in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of physiological, psychological and social function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.50%, which was lower than 17.50% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Feedforward control nursing intervention is effective in patien ts with hand burn scars, which can effectively promote the recovery of upper limb function, reduce scar status. Meanwhile, it effectively prevent complications, which is conducive to improving the qual ity of life and satisfaction of patients.
