Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing combined with psychological nursing on acne patients undergoing ALA photodynamic therapy and its influence on patients' quality of life and psychological mood. Methods A total of 60 patients with acne admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing combined with psychological nursing, and the study group was given continuous nursing on the basis of the control group. The number of skin injuries, quality of life, psychological status, nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The number of skin injuries such as acne, papules, pustules and nodules in the study group was less than that in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of physical dimension, social/family dimension, emotional dimension and functional dimension in the study group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of SDS and SAS in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group was 93.33%, which was higher than 66.67% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 16.67%, which was lower than 43.33% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing combined with psychological nursing has an ideal effect on acne patients undergoing ALA photodynamic therapy, which can effectively reduce the number of skin injuries, improve the quality of life of patients, improve the adverse psychological mood of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve patient satisfaction.
