Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Quban granule combined with photon rejuvenation in the treatment of chloasma of liver depression and qi stagnation type. Methods A total of 60 patients with chloasma of liver depression and qi stagnation type admitted to Yuncheng County People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with photon rejuvenation, and the observation group was treated with Quban granule combined with photon rejuvenation. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome score, MDA level, quality of life and skin lesion score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.00%, which was higher than 66.67% in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome score and MDA level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of psychological function, social function, material life and physical function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The skin lesion score and the difference of skin lesion score before and after treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Quban granule combined with photon rejuvenation is effective in the treatment of chloasma with liver depression and qi stagnation, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms, reduce the level of oxidative stress, and improve the quality of life and skin status of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
