Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of light-cured composite resin in oral aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth and its influence on oral health status. Methods From January 2021 to June 2023, 92 patients who received oral aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in Changchun Huili Dental Clinic were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 46 patients in each group. The control group was treated with nanocomposite resin, and the observation group was treated with light-cured composite resin. The repair effect, repair satisfaction, periodontal index and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of surface smoothness, color matching, fixation and marginal occlusion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The aesthetic degree, comfort degree, personalized characteristics, restoration shape and color scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of GI, AL, PLI and SBI in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group (4.35%) was lower than that in the control group (21.74%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of light-cured composite resin in oral aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth can improve the repair aesthetics, improve the comfort of patients, improve the level of periodontal health, and the risk of complications is low, which is worthy of clinical application.
