Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of zirconia all-ceramic crown restoration in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 48 patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth received in our hospital from August 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n =24) and observation group (n =24) according to the different materials of selected restorations. The control group was repaired with porcelain crown, and the observation group was repaired with zirconia all-ceramic crown. The repair effect, periodontal index and repair satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of color, shape, semi-transparency and edge aesthetics in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, GI, SBI, PD and MD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 91.67%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Zirconia all-ceramic crown restoration is more effective in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth, which can improve periodontal conditions and patients' satisfaction with restoration. It is worthy of clinical application.
