Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of aesthetic effect of all-ceramic veneer technique on periodontal health index in anterior teeth space. Methods A total of 70 patients with upper anterior teeth space admitted to Nanchong Central Hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group (n =35) and observation group (n =35). The control group was repaired with zirconia all-ceramic crown, and the observation group was repaired with all-ceramic veneer technology. The repair effect, aesthetic effect and periodontal health index of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of repair in the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 85.71% in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of red aesthetic index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The gingival index, plaque index and bleeding index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion All-ceramic veneer technology can achieve ideal repair effect and aesthetic effect in patients with anterior teeth space, and can effectively improve periodontal health index, which is worthy of clinical application.
