Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of PPDO thread carving embedding combined with collagen stimulation on promoting the perioral rejuvenation. Methods A total of 84 patients who received oral anniversary rejuvenation treatment in our hospital from July 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 42 patients in each group. The control group was treated with collagen stimulation, and the study group was treated with PPDO thread embedding on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, skin condition improvement, treatment satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.48%, which was higher than 69.05% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After the intervention, the skin pH value, oil, elasticity, moisture, pores, spots, texture and wrinkles of the two groups were better than those before the intervention, and the study group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 9.52%, which was lower than 30.95% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of PPDO line carving embedding combined with collagen stimulation in the treatment of perioral rejuvenation has a definite clinical effect, which can effectively improve the patients' treatment satisfaction and improve their skin status, with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
