Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of auricular cartilage in the preparation of nasal tip cartilage scaffold complex in rhinoplasty. Methods A total of 68 patients who underwent rhinoplasty in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods, with 34 patients in each group. The control group was treated with silicone material for rhinoplasty, and the study group was treated with auricular cartilage to prepare nasal tip cartilage scaffold complex for rhinoplasty. The rhinoplasty effect, rhinoplasty satisfaction, perioperative indicators, serum factor levels and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the apex nasi height and nasal length of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores and total scores of rhinoplasty satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The success rate of operation in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the incision healing time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.88%, which was lower than 29.41% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nasal tip cartilage scaffold complex prepared by auricular cartilage in rhinoplasty can improve the effect of rhinoplasty and the success rate of operation, reduce the level of serum factors, and effectively shorten the incision healing and hospitalization time, which is conducive to improving the satisfaction of plastic surgery.
