Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical effects of immediate implant and delayed implant of tissue reconstruction around dental implant in aesthetic area. Methods From January 2022 to January 2023, 50 patients with single tooth damage in the aesthetic area of maxillary anterior teeth admitted to the Department of Stomatology, Zhongshan Sixth Hospital Yuexi Hospital/ Xinyi People's Hospital were selected as the research objects. According to different planting methods, they were divided into control group (20 patients, 35 teeth) and treatment group (30 patients, 43 teeth). The control group was treated with delayed implant method, and the treatment group was treated with immediate implant method. The shape index, aesthetic effect, bite force and alveolar bone resorption of the interdental papilla were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of interdental nipple shape index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The total score of PES-WES and the score of aesthetic satisfaction in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and the bite force after 2 months of planting was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The bone absorption value of alveolar ridge in the treatment group was (0.33±0.23)mm, which was lower than (1.28±0.49)mm in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Immediate implant of tissue reconstruction around dental implant in aesthetic area is helpful to reduce alveolar bone resorption, preserve gingival papilla height, improve aesthetic effect and aesthetic satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
